Customer service is important to Union Tiles and as such, we are a registered participant of the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO), which oversees complaints regarding the Consumer Protection Act.

We uphold the Consumer Goods and Service Industry Code.

If Union Tiles do not resolve your complaint within 15 business days, as a consumer, you are entitled to approach the Consumers Goods and Service Ombud.
